Pulse Up comes in two sizes: Pulse Up needs about 24 m² and fits 1–4 players; Pulse Up Max needs about 46.2 m² (9.61 m × 4.81 m) and fits 1–6 players. Both need a wall height of 2.5 meters or more. If your space is a different shape, we can adapt the layout to fit it.
Your price is a complete venue, not just a floor: 12 panel sets plus a 5-year supply of spare panels, the full game library and software (scoring, leaderboards, team play, player accounts), delivery, installation and setup, technical support during launch and after, and localisation into your language. You get a one-year warranty from delivery and no monthly payments. A bare LED panel from a factory costs less on paper, but it arrives with no games, no software, no installation and no European support.
We will provide active tech support for two months following installation, with ongoing technical assistance available upon request thereafter.
The whole process (manufacturing, delivery, installation...) is estimated to take about 3 months from the date of payment.
In terms of exclusivity for Pulse Up, we can give exclusivity for a city with the purchase of 2 or more Pulse Up games, depending on the city.
None. You buy the equipment once and own it outright. Unlike revenue-share models, where you hand over a cut of your income for as long as you operate, with Pulse Up the business is entirely yours: no royalties, no revenue share, no franchise fee. Whatever the venue earns stays with you
We use highly durable materials, allowing each player to safely weigh up to 200 kg. Players play in their own shoes, you don't have to worry about special socks or shoes. In any case, we will provide you with replacement panels for the next five years, so you have nothing to worry about.
The package includes spare panels that are easy to install in case of the need for replacement. We will also provide training for your staff on how to carry out the replacement.
Yes! Yes. You can visit the venue we operate ourselves in Barcelona, or another Pulse Up location across Europe. If you decide to move forward and sign a contract, the cost of your travel tickets will be deducted from the total order amount.
